Reading “Anne of Avonlea”, and I confess I am a bit shocked over the style and overuse of ellipsis, specially so as other #books from this author - including the previous on this series - don’t exhibit this at all.

So strange (and off-putting, I confess) it is, that I had to stop my reading and making sure I wasn’t alone in this. Thank you internet, I am not:
