@freemor According to @Leo it is a #mastodon not a #matrix bridge. Oneway bridges just dumping here with no backchannel are pointless.

Some confirmation why I prefer the good 'ol (actually it's improving to current demands all the time) #XMPP and don't switch to the fancy new kids in town like, currently, #MATRIX.

Oh boi 😅 After having used `[Matrix]` for a bit over a day or so now (after having some initial troubles with "Federating") I have some _really_ strong reservations on Matrix, Bridges and that whole ecosystem and it's architecture 😂 I'm _really_ not certain I can live with some of the "decisions", "architectures" "culture" and over-engineering nature that is `[Matrix]` 🤔 #Matrix #Thoughts
