I'll need to research more about that spyware you mention (I have all Windows 10 settings to avoid telemetry, and perhaps spy-wares, but I only believe is not sending that info). Disclaimer: I have a distinction between opt-in semi-anonymous telemetry and spyware, but I get the point.
